SMS Terms & Conditions

Program name: OHM Lab Class Messaging

What This Program Is

OHM Lab Class Messaging is a text messaging program for people who have asked to hear from OHM Lab — either by submitting our new-client request form (including our TikTok lead form or the contact form at ourhealingmovementlab.com) with SMS consent, or by texting OHM Lab's number first. Messages are conversational replies about our classes, schedule, pricing, and booking — the kind of back-and-forth you'd expect when you text a small studio to ask a question or reserve a spot.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, based on your conversation with us and the classes or events you ask about.

Message & Data Rates

Msg & data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message from us at any time. Replying STOP ends the messages immediately — you will not receive further texts from OHM Lab unless you opt back in.

How to Get Help

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance, or reach us directly at 352-448-6636 or ourhealingmovementlab@gmail.com.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any class, session, or service from OHM Lab.

How You Opt In

You're added to OHM Lab Class Messaging in one of two ways:

1. You submit OHM Lab's new-client request form — our TikTok lead form or the contact form at ourhealingmovementlab.com — which carries an SMS consent notice.
2. You text OHM Lab's number first. Our texting number, (NEW OHM SMS NUMBER), is published in the footer of every page on our website.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including your text messaging data.
