Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

OHM Lab ("OHM Lab," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through ourhealingmovementlab.com and through our class and event communications, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or contacting OHM Lab, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of information collected automatically:

• Contact and lead form submissions. When you fill out our website contact form or a lead form (including forms we run through TikTok), we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the class or service you're interested in.
• Direct communications. If you call, text, or email OHM Lab, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up and keep serving you well.
• Analytics and advertising data. We use the Google Ads tag and the TikTok pixel to understand how visitors find and use our site and to measure how our advertising is performing. These tools may use cookies and similar technology to collect information such as pages viewed, device type, and general location.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your questions and booking requests
• To send class schedules, confirmations, and the replies you ask us for by phone, email, or text
• To let you know about classes, events, and offers you've asked to hear about
• To keep our studio's records accurate and running smoothly
• To measure and improve our website and advertising

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us run OHM Lab — for example, our class-scheduling platform, our email and text-messaging delivery provider, and payment processing — and only so they can perform those services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required to by law.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text Messaging & SMS Privacy

If you text OHM Lab or submit a form that includes SMS consent, we use your mobile number to send you the replies described in our SMS Terms & Conditions — conversational messages about our classes, schedule, pricing, and booking.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Msg & data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP — see the full details in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Ads and TikTok to measure how our advertising performs and to understand site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; turning them off may limit some site features.

Data Retention

We keep the information you give us for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and meet legal or tax obligations, then we delete or de-identify it.

Your Rights & Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email ourhealingmovementlab@gmail.com or call/text 352-448-6636 and we'll take care of it.

Children's Privacy

Our website and messaging programs are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of our site or our text messaging program after a change means you accept the updated policy.
